Bio
"We don't change. We hold on. I say great good will come of it. This is the true King of Narnia. And we beasts remember, even if Dwarfs forget, that Narnia was never right except when a son of Adam was King."

Caspian X by the gift of Aslan, by election, by prescription, and by conquest, King over Narnia, Emperor of the Lone Islands, Lord of Cair Paravel, and Knight of the Most Noble Order of the Lion.

Caspian X, son of Caspian IX and descendant of Caspian the Conqueror, was only a boy when he became King of Narnia by defeating his usurping uncle, Miraz, in a war between Old Narnia and the conquering Telmarines, but with the help of the four Kings and Queens from the distant past (the four Pevensie chidren), was able to gain his rightful throne.

Three years later, Caspian set off from Cair Paravel in his ship Dawn Treader on a journey to the eastern edge of the world to find the lost seven lords of Narnia, and was joined in his adventures by Edmund and Lucy Pevensie and their cousin, Eustace Scrubb. During the voyage, he regained kingship over the Lone Islands, discovered what had happened to his father's friends, and met his future queen, the daughter of the star Ramandu. Three years later, at the age of 20, he married her, and fifteen years later, they had a son, Rilian, whose story is told in The Silver Chair.

Caspian died at the age of 66, and was brought to Aslan's Country, where, through the kindness of Aslan, he was returned to youth and health, to live there until Aslan brought about the End of the World.

Caspian is the property of C.S. Lewis and his estate. I am merely borrowing him for the purposes of [info]milliways_bar and my own enjoyment. He is most often portrayed in the icons by Jeremy Sumpter, who likely has no idea of it but is perfect anyway; and at times by the very handsome James Franco (because Tristan is just too similiar to Caspian to pass up).
